8. Job Creation. Tim Kaine talks about job growth because he knows he can deliver based on his track record. Under the Warner-Kaine administration, Virginia saw unprecedented job growth. In 2004-2005 alone the commonwealth gained over 50,000 jobs.

Only by showing bold leadership and by bringing Democrats and Republicans together were we able to turn things around.
