Dear Gentlepersons:
Lying to Congress by any Attorney General of the USA [AG] is gross malfeasance. The article cited below describes how our present AG has been caught lying to Congress. Unless the Bush II R+¬gime shatters their previous pattern, they will do nothing in response to this misconduct by AG Alberto Gonzales. Therefore, I ask my Congressional delegation how they propose to respond to this malfeasant act?
My experience with transmitting inquiries like this electronically is that there is very seldom a response. As this malfeasant conduct raises the question of the impeachment of our AG < http://www.tpmmuckra... >, I am primarily interested in the opinion of my Congressman, who is The Honorable Bob Goodlatte (R-Va-6th). Therefore, I am sending this inquiry to him here:
The Honorable Bob Goodlatte

Harrisonburg, VA 22801

(540) 432-6593 fax
And via:

Congressman Goodlatte has a prospective Democratic opponent for 2008, who is Mr. Sam Rasoul of Roanoke, VA. < http://www.samrasoul... >, therefore I am asking Mr. Rasoul the same question, via his email service: < sam@samrasoul.us >
My plan is to quickly share with all of you any response from either candidate; just as I will also share any reminders of this inquiry which must be sent to either office seeker who does not respond.

... "It was not," Gonzales answered. "It was about other intelligence activities."
A four-page memo from the national intelligence director's office shows that the White House briefing with the eight lawmakers on March 10, 2004, was about the terror surveillance program, or TSP.
