Bloomberg is at heart an unapolgetic social liberal with the business sense to realize that a market economy should be regulated no more than necessary to maintain the common weal.  Honestly, my kinda guy -hypothetically.

That, a couple of billion, substantial experience running a disfunctional megalopolis that would cause Arnold to stain his shorts, and no crazy aunts in the attic would make him a very formidable candidate.

Can he build a 50-state campaign?  Yes, tomorrow.  Can he win a state?  Depends on the party candidates, and on how many defections there are.  Will there be defections?  Count on it.  Can he toss the election to the House?  Hmmm.

Could be an interesting election.
