And you thought Halliburton was bad, now I know why our politicians are so wed to HOT lanes that rip off the public and do nearly nothing to help the environment or congestion for that matter - check this out:

According to VPAP, one can cleary see how the HOT lane construction company, Fluor Daniels, of Texas, gave to the politicians who support HOT lanes.  That actual operations of the lanes will be done by an Australian company.
