There are only a few weeks left until November 8, which means it's time for "GOTV" activities to begin in earnest. For those of you who don't know, "GOTV" means "Get Out the Vote," and it's absolutely critical to any candidate's chances of winning. It's even MORE important when turnout is relatively low, as it frequently is in off-year elections like this one.
