When are the Webb campaign and the Webbies going to move in a positive direction, rather than attack anyone or anything that doesn't see the world exactly as they do through their rose-colored glasses?Sort of the opposite of post-primary party unity, no?There are plenty of Democrats out there who are going to work hard for Hurst or Kellam or Feder or Moran or O'Donnell or Weed who are also going to vote for Webb.
But they are turned off by the over-the-top rhetoric, the negative tone of the campaign, the chaos that exists by headquarters, and the lack of a positive message defining Webb and his positions on issues.
Certainly it seems it is the same author, as the writing style are all the same. But that doesn't mean it's him. My next door neighbors on each side have an unsecured network; it shows up on my list of available wireless accounts. I admit it was tempting to just not get my own (but I did). Maybe someone is free-riding on his.
There could be other things going on we don't know about. Let's hold off on the mobs with torches until we understand that it really is Frankenstein.
Ok first off I will say I don't know much about this guy and I'm trying to learn more before I post. That said, I think this quote says a lot. We were underfunded. When we kept trying to get Allen to debate us, he was still very much a presidential contender and we were very much an asterick. I do recall before Allen got Macacaed, we did say things like call Allen Felix and try and run the campaign message on that. On top of that, even after we got into high gear a lot of people came to us because they hated Allen, not because they liked Webb, though Webb did get better at the politics gave by showing us his family and getting prepared more at debates.
At the same time, TP has a good case to have minuses against him, with attacks on Lowell. Though the above quote could be looked upon as constructive criticism.
