Robert Novak and Tom Davis

Robert "Count Chocula" Novak won't stand up for most federal employees, like the hard workers whose jobs get farmed out from FDA, FEMA, Walter Reed, and the Pentagon. However, in his recent column he does stand up for millionaire Tom Davis as the two are fighting for Lurita Doan after a report by the Office of Special Counsel declared that she violated the Hatch Act.

You may remmeber Lurita Doan as the political appointee at GSA who attended a pep rally meeting on government time led a Karl Rove staffer.  After seeing a slide with Republicans names on it, including the name of Tom Davis, she asked eagerly, "How can we help our candidates?"
Novak has leaked before.  He's been called a traitor by more than one commenter.
