Today, Governor Tim Kaine announced the re-launch of his Political Action Committee's website, Moving Virginia Forward. In a welcoming message, Governor Kaine thanked supporters for their hard work, and communicated the PAC's focus on this year's General Assembly elections."I am so proud of the fact that Virginians across the Commonwealth are getting involved with these important General Assembly elections," Kaine said in the email. "The outlook for this year is promising. We must continue to build on the progress by electing allies to the State Senate and House of Delegates."
Great news, especially considering that "[s]ince its inception in 2006, Moving Virginia Forward has raised $2.4 million in an effort to support candidates across Virginia seeking smarter more responsible government."
