I have been to Gerry's party for many years.  It is widely attended by locals from his neighborhood in Mantua.  Those are all in Chap's district, people who he has personally knocked on their door.  I love Chap, but his campaign staff sucks, and they are letting this slip away in my opinion.

True, but my guess is that the Byrne campaign sent people to vote in ours, and a good portion of NOVA insiders like the ones who would show up at Connolly's party are Byren supporters.  I wish Chap was winning the  straw polls, too, but they're unscientific and mean just about nothing.

Ouch!  So far, that looks like almost the same result from the straw poll at Gerry Connolly's.
