It's Ted Haggard's old group, 30 million of them. And they've just issued a statement that they are opposed to the U.S. military's use of torture and are very concerned about the environment.

The service Friday night has nothing to do with Ted Haggard...it's being sponosored by Episcopalians for Peace (yes, that progressive church that Ted and others are grumbling about) and other mainstream denominations.

Just read your link, Peace, and perhaps it's good that the Christian Right can take on some other causes instead of simply spreading venim against their fellow man (and woman). While Ted didn't plan the march on The White House Friday, he's welcome to come and join the Episcopalians and other (if he doesn't object to a tolerant and diverse group).
