RK, "Macaca" Video, Mark Warner Nominated for "Golden Dot" Awards

Today, the George Washington University's Institute for Politics, Democracy & the Internet (IPDI) announced its "shortlist" of nominees for its annual Golden Dot Awards. The Golden Dot Awards "recognize outstanding achievement between the dates of January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006."
Among the nominees are Raising Kaine for "Best Blog - Local or State Politics;" the "Macaca" video and the Forward Together PAC's MapChangers Candidate Contest for "Best Online Viral Campaign;" Mark Warner for "People's Choice Award for Online Politician of the Year;" and Blackrock Associates for "Outstanding State Online Campaign" (Blackrock worked on the Jim Webb campaign).
You can vote in the "People's Choice Award here. According to the Institute's blog, "Voting will close at noon on the first day of the Politics Online Conference, Thursday March 15th."
