Rally for the Tysons Tunnel This Saturday

According to TysonsTunnel.org, "a diverse and unprecedented coalition of community, private-citizen and business groups+ó?"will hold a public, family-friendly rally on Saturday, February 10 to raise support and awareness of the major movement to build a Metrorail tunnel under Tysons Corner." The rally will be from 11 am to 2 pm at the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens, 9750 Meadowlark Gardens Court, in Vienna. Speakers include:
*Scott Monett, president of TysonsTunnel.org
*Congressman Jim Moran
*Fairfax County Board of Supervisors Chairman Gerry Connolly
*Virginia State Senator Janet Howell
*Virginia Delegate Chuck Caputo
*Virginia State Senate candidate Chap Peterson
*Virginia House of Delegates candidate Richard Sullivan
*Virginia House of Delegates candidate Margaret Grant Vanderhye
*Fairfax County Supervisor Linda Smyth (Providence).
The rally is billed as "public" and "family friendly," so definitely check it out - and support a Metro Tunnel in Tysons!!!
