Richmond Committee Allows Lambert as Member

According to NLS, the Richmond Democratic Committee has voted 20-15 to allow Benny Lambert to stay on the committee.

This is certainly a surprise, and if other reports are true, this will ripple through the elections for the next two years. Thoughts?
