How do you like the 20 percent savings in ten years? Turns out the savings are the proposed increase in the next ten years. Not 10 year decrease of todays volumn.

...like everything Bush proposes.  Right now, our nation needs bold action and bold leadership, yet that is EXACTLY what we're not getting from this Administration, whether it's on foreign policy, energy policy, the budget deficit, the environment, you name it.  Worst.  President. Ever.  That's all I have to say.
