Time to update the blogroll!

After cleaning up the blogroll and then doing the quick hits yesterday, I noticed some glaring omissions from our blogroll.  I'd like to replace the defunct blogs (removed on Saturday) with some of new ones.  7 West and Albo Must Go will be added for sure - any others?

You deserve to be added. (phriendlyjaime - 11/20/2006 2:00:10 PM)
You made numerous calls from home for Jim Webb.  I added you to my blogroll.  :)

Something I have been remiss (tokatakiya - 11/20/2006 5:19:27 PM)
about reciprocating.

Consider yourself reciprocated.

What are the criteria? (Mark - 11/20/2006 2:15:19 PM)
I noticed my blog has been removed.

On what basis were blogs removed? On what basis should they be retained or added? What constitutes 'defunct'?

Just curious.

Removing blogs (Rob - 11/20/2006 3:09:27 PM)
Generally, I removed progressive blogs when (1) the link brought up nothing or (2) if a blog seemed to have not been updated for a long time.  I was pretty lenient on #2 - blogs that stopped in the mid-summer were kept on (for now - I'll return to them in a few weeks).

I don't recall why I dropped your blog - while there is recent inactivity (one post since Aug.), that's better than others I kept on.  And since you're here now talking about it, it's safer to assume that your blog is active.  I'll add it back.

Thanks for adding (pitin - 11/20/2006 3:16:18 PM)
the Next Generation Democrats blog to your blogroll.  While NGD is a national PAC and project, we will be focusing almost exclusively on Virginia in 2007.

Time to take back the State Senate!!
