I'm not sure what the process is for Senatorial committee assignments, but JIM WEBB needs to be on the Senate Armed Services Committee

Urge the incoming Chair, Sen. Carl Levin of Michigan, to appoint Sen. Jim Webb to the Senate Armed Services Committee!

he wanted to be put on this one, Foreign Affairs and Veterans Affairs committees. He'll fit like a glove!

I believe committee assignments are the responsibility of the party leader. I saw Jim in an interview in the last few days mention that he had put in his requests to Sen. Reid, so maybe we should direct our petitions to him.
