Time Magazine wrote a negative article of him in 1991. He mixes too much Politics with an independent office, Webb knows you can't do this when you're around Military Brass, Webb has been there in the Pentagon. Gates will never make it past Sen.Carl Levin, Sen. Joe Biden and that Hardball question gang. Bush is still playing Oil Field Strategy in Iraq with a "Buddy Management Team" The Democrat Senate will want a Combat Retired General in Rummy's slot, someone like a Retired Special Forces Full Bird Col. or General. Them Special Forces Officers know the Military Side of Iraq plus the Civil Action Civilian side of Iraq,they also know how to control militias as well as to organize social programs in poverty, plus Special forces Officers never play politics at home or abroad with Iraqi Politics. They are Mission Completion Thinkers Only. I seen a Special Forces Trainer in Saudi Arabia, A Giant of a Man but soft spoken and knew the "Art of Compromise" Like General Grant after our American Civil War.This Guy was a Professional in every move.He told me he had worked with Montagnards Mountain People in Vietnam to African Tribesmen in Africa. He was not a Rambo but he knew the Military side and Civilian side of Conflict Management.The Iraqi Economy would bursting in Joy, if he mananged Iraq the last 4 years. To him it was just a job in Saudi Arabia , they paid him well and he performed to the highest standards. In my opinion the Bush Family Political name is tarnished unless things change this next year, I once seen Bush 41 on Larry King CNN Show with Bush 41's Grandson and Larry asked if Bush 41 would care if his grandson went into politics (search for transcript on goggle) and Bush said he wouldn't care if he did.
