Will our DC GOP Pundit go to jail?

I am really curious about what will happen to the DC female Coulter like Pundit who told her listeners to lock down the phone lines for the Democratic Voter Protection group. She did it live on the air. I mean, thats essentially a pubic notice to harass someone.

Does anyone have any ideas on this? Or whom we can encourage charges to be sought? I think its time that we show that in Virginia, we don't tolerate these tactics. The GOP either wins honestly, or it doesn't win. Compared to other elections it was clean, but I don't want it started here, regardless of your party affiliation.

Actually, the DC pundit was Laura Ingrahm, not Coulter.
