In case of Fraud (absentee ballots) or Botched Election have an on-line form ready for me to fill out for my name, city, voting location and time of vote (morning, noon, afternoon) and a toll free telephone line ready in case the election goes to Virginia Supreme Court in Citizen Class Action Lawsuit of Webb Voters V. State of Virginia Election Board. NO GORE-BUSH RECOUNT, NO KERRY-BUSH RECOUNT. MY VOTE WILL BE COUNTED IN COURT IF NEEDED. I WILL FILL OUT VIRGINIA CITIZEN VOTE DECLARATION FORM WITH PRIVACY ACT FOR "LEGAL COURT USE ONLY CLAUSE" FOR COURT USE WITH PUNITIVE PENALTY FOR FALSE INFORMATION IF NEEDED.
