Anyone in the mood for a good ol' Halloween costume party? If so, then please come out and help us SCARE OFF those creepy Republicans at the Vienna Halloween parade tonight!
Susan Allen is scheduled to be at this event, but rumor has it that GEORGE ALLEN may be showing up as well (he's attended this in the past). Jim Webb won't be there, but that just means WE need to make up for it with a BIG DEMOCRATIC TURNOUT!
If you'd like to march in the parade with the Democratic contigent, the Hunter Mill District Democratic Committee will be staging along Branch Rd (just off Maple Ave) in Vienna at 6pm. Democratic Delegate Steve Shannon also has a group marching and they are meeting at 5:30 along Berry St (also just off Maple Ave).
And if you'd like to bring your kids to this unique event, they can march in the parade so long as they're wearing a costume and accompanied by an adult. The meeting spot for that is at the Virginia Commerce Bank parking lot at 374 Maple Ave at 6:30.
