I Strongly Endorse Chris Bowers' 30% Project

For more on Bowers' project to persuade Democratic incumbents in safe districts to give 30% of their campaign balances to help win back Congress this year, see here and here. Also, see Bowers' "target list" of non-endangered Democrats who can afford to give more money here.  Interestingly, I don't see any Virginians on that list. Does that mean that our non-endangered Democratic incumbents in Virginia are doing everything they can to help elect Jim Webb, Phil Kellam, Judy Feder, Andy Hurst, Jim Nachman, and Shawn O'Donnell?  According to Bowers' list, it would certainly appear that way.  If so, that's very good news!
