More GOP sleaze.
In an LA Times article that has Ken Mehlman between the crosshairs, it appears that DOJ lawyers were in for some fun:
"I have the suite filling up with DOJ staffers who just got our client $16 million," one wrote. Another replied that the agency officials deserve any reward they want, "opening day tickets, Skins v. Giants, oriental massages, hookers, whatever."

The LA Times story has no other prurient interest items, but is filled with merely outrageous slime, such as Abramoff getting an effective bureaucrat out of the way who was trying to help low-paid laborers in the Northern Mariana Islands.
We need Feder and Hurst in the House, and we need Tom "See No Evil" Davis off the House Government Reform Committee.
Okay, I did get a one day jaunt to Pittsburgh in December, where it rained hard the whole time; and that trip to the paper warehouses in MN in November was quite nice.
