Kaine-Kilgore Debate in HTML

Thanks to Bacon's Rebellion and Waldo Jaquith, we now have a transcript of the Kaine-Kilgore debate in easy-to-read .html format.  Great work.

The Republicans as "ducks" meme will stick. We have their candidates ducking out of debates, and we have Kilgore ducking out of answering the question of what he will do when the Delegates in the House send him the bill to outlaw abortion.
