People, Mark Warner, Tim Kaine, Jim Moran, Democracy for Virginia, etc., are NOT Progressives. They are main stream Democrats.

Actually, it's worse than that. The Democrats  helped to pass the "droopy drawers" and anti-alcohol legislation in the General Assembly this year.

Tim is going along with Warner, Moran and the DeanoCrats. These guys are like Howard Dean. Irascable middle aged white guys who call themselves Democrats but increasingly vote Republican on social and economic issies.

Dean gave every appearance of being a gung ho Democrat until we read last Sunday's Post Magazine. What Dean is is an irascable middle aged Wall Street Republican who calls himself a Democrat.

Kaine is a Chamber of Commerce Republican who calls himself a Democrat.

The Democratic Party has moved so far to the right that it's the Republican Party circa 1965.

Drive to Richmond and get off at Broad Street. Drive down East Broad Street a few miles. Turn around. Drive down West Broad Street until you reach the city limits. What do you see? Total gentrification, thanks to Tim Kaine and Doug Wilder. Did I mention that Tim Kaine's former law firm is making a huge amount of $$$ from residential 'redevelopment?'

I mean, let's face the facts here.  No one is REALLY progressive unless they are POOR.  I don't care if a person grew up poor and earned a full scholarship to Harvard; once they graduate and are able to make a decent living, they automatically become Plutocrats.  No one who lives above the poverty line or in anything other than pure, public housing should dare call themselves progressive.  Save up and buy a home here in Northern Virginia?  You bastard!  You're a heartless, racist gentrifier who clearly sold out to Jim and LuAnn Moran, who probably paid the down payment on your house, too.

Those elitist jerks at DFV really make me mad.  They offer training to allegedly help ordinary people learn skills to be campaign leaders or to run for office, but you know it's really just a Jim Moran brainwashing camp.  If anyone is planning to go to this event, please make sure you don't drink any water and bring your protective tinfoil hat.  The Moran-robots are out to get you and your little dog, too.

They try to pretend they're an all-volunteer organization, but clearly they're getting payoffs from Moran, who probably had LuAnn buy them all houses in Del Ray.  Sure, the party SEEMS hostile to DFV, but that's all just play-acting.  The DPVA actually loves all of these newly brainwashed Moran-supporting Robots, who will now mindlessly do their bidding, canvassing in precincts all over NoVA seeking poor people to exploit.  I heard that one of the DFV leaders was Lee Harvey Oswald's accomplice before he volunteered for Moran last year.  And that DFV Board member who supported Rosenberg?  Well, he was clearly a Moran-paid mole who is now living in a huge mansion paid for my LuAnn Bennett.  He may even have been Jim Moran himself in a really, really good disguise, because you know those Plutocrats can afford good disguises.

It's so good to sit at home in my basement and steer clear of these so-called grassroots events.  The DFV "volunteers" who worked hundreds of hours to plan for this event must be excited about these big checks they'll be getting from Jim Moran himself.  I bet he'll show up there and bring a baby to eat for lunch.  He does that, you know, in between meetings in support of CAFTA. 

I'm sick of these people doing, doing, doing all these events, pretending it's "volunteering" while we really know they are earning points for the great annual Plutocratic Field Trip to Disney World with Jim Moran. (Where they get to meet the hero of all Pluto-crats: Pluto!!) The one who raises the most "grassroots" money gets to ride on Jim Moran's lap on the Teacups ride, you know!

But why am I writing this anyway.  You bloggers are all elitists and Plutocrats.  Anyone with internet access can't be a progressive.  Any campaign that does outreach on the internet is clearly elitist.  I'm going to stay in my basement where I can really help the poor and needy in society as a TRUE progressive: by bashing everyone who is not as progressive as me and criticizing other people who are trying to make a difference.  (Because, remember, they all have dinner on Wednesday nights at Jim Moran's house, where LuAnn does everyone's laundry so they don't have to mix with poor people at those yucky laundromats.)
