This is the second time this year the Democrats on Capitol Hill have delivered a major policy speech, and to my suprise (unless I can be corrected) FOX news is the only Cable media station that covered in lenth this event.

Yesterday, September 5th. The Democrats, mostly sentatorial leadership. Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, Steny Hoyer, Thomas Carper today joined General Wesley Clark and Sharon Burke, Director of the Third Way National Security Project to release "the Neo Con," a new report analyzing the dangerous effects Republican policies have had on the security of the nation.

This is a major National Security policy speech and only FOXnews covered it?
Well. Yes on TV that is. In print, http://news.yahoo.co... and the http://www.nytimes.c...

Also, There is a transcript from the Democratic Leadership Site.

I watch the news most every day, and I was suprised to see that the most conservative cable media network were the only ones to cover a Democratic National Security Speech.

Why is it FOXnews anchors can cover this in length and CNN and MSNBC totally ignore this?

Ah... but I do hear CNN and MSNBC rip on Democrats for being "slightly" weaker on National Security. Or have them say the Democrats don't have a plan.

Well, they missed the first speech on March 29th of this year when the Democrats outlined a national security plan for 2006, and beyond.

I suggest everyone read the links here, because we can't trust the "liberal" media to bring us the news and not the entertainment.
