Hello Everyone:

Right below is a "House Parties for Jim Webb" invitation which will take place on Sunday, August 13 where you will be able to hear Jim Webb on a conference call.

If Jim Webb does not win this race, then "Allen will then immediately turn his attention to succeeding his soulmate, George W. Bush, in the White House."

If that happens, you will not like what you see because it will be worse than what is happening right now:

George Allen "has over $6 million cash on hand and ready to spend swiftboating Jim Webb" and he is also leading one of the latest GOP "Insider" polls for President in 2008:

Below the Webb House Party invitation is George Allen's latest propaganda e mail titled "Allen Takes First Round" (Debate News & Video)."  You have to know what Allen and his campaign are saying in order to run the best campaign against them!

Please forward this on, especially to people in Virginia!

Fellow Webb supporters:

As we know, George Felix Allen has over $6 million cash on hand and
ready to spend swiftboating Jim Webb.  If we do nothing, Allen will
return to the US Senate on a smooth path of gold paved by his special
interest donors who care little about the interests of Virginia.
Allen will then immediately turn his attention to succeeding his
soulmate, George W. Bush, in the White House.  Luckily, we've got Jim
Webb to stop him.

Right now, we're in the dog days of summer, but at Webb for Senate HQ
we're working hard through the heat.  Every so often though, we all
gotta party. :) That's why, on Sunday August 13, Webb supporters -
along with their friends, families, and neighbors - from across
Virginia will be hosting house parties for Jim Webb.  They will be
gathering to learn more about Jim Webb, to hear Jim Webb on a
conference call, and to help raise money and enthusiasm for the
campaign against George Felix Allen.

Please join the effort and host a house party of your own!  At Webb
for Senate HQ, we are here to help you.  If you're interested, please
contact Jason Korta at Webb for Senate as soon as possible, so that
we can arrange the details.  Jason's phone # is 703-778-4080 (x213)
and his e-mail address is jkorta@webbforsenate.com

Thanks.

NewsMax: Sen. George Allen Builds Lead Over James Webb in Virginia / Please Help Jim Webb! (Mitch Dworkin - 7/27/2006 1:50:32 PM)
Hello Everyone:

Please see the article below titled "Sen. George Allen Builds Lead Over James Webb in Virginia."

I know that NewsMax.com is not exactly the most impartial source for news and information but if they are right about the polling numbers that they are reporting below, then we all need to do something NOW to help Jim Webb so that there will not be a "Bush-Heavy" President George Felix Allen in 2008!

Just look at how dangerous that George Allen is and see why he will be “Bush-Heavy” if he ever becomes President in 2008:

Sen. George Allen Builds Lead Over James Webb in Virginia

Sen. George Allen, R-Va., maintains a double-digit lead over Democratic challenger James Webb in two separate Zogby polls conducted in Virginia.

The side-by-side Zogby telephone and interactive polls show nearly identical margins in U.S. Senate race. Allen, who is often mentioned as a likely 2008 presidential candidate, leads Web by 11 points in the interactive online survey, 52 percent to 41 percent, with 5 percent undecided. That survey, conducted July 11-19, has a margin nearly 4 percent margin of error.

The telephone poll showed Allen with a 10–point edge, 47% to 37%, with 15% undecided. It was conducted July 12–15, 2006, and carries a margin of error of +/– 4.5 percentage points.

The surveys confirm that Webb, who likely received a bump of support from his high–profile June 13 primary victory, has slipped in the early days of the general election campaign.
