Is it a little early (pitin - 7/11/2006 12:18:54 PM)
in the week for a FUCK YEAH FRIDAY?
Go Fairfax, and go Andy Hurst
Didn't (mkfox - 7/11/2006 1:32:37 PM)
Fairfax County vote Dem in a presidential race in '04 for the first time since Truman?
First time since Johnson (Craig - 7/11/2006 5:10:48 PM)
But first time in a good long while that's for sure, although Clinton in '96 and Gore in 2000 came damn close.
LOVE IT! (jjhare - 7/11/2006 1:42:13 PM)
I just moved back to Fairfax County after a short sojurn in Maryland for the last 2 years. It's great to be back, and it almost seems like there are more Democrats here than in Maryland. Now we just gotta get rid of those last few Republicans left representing our county. They just don't fit anymore.
AMEN (Matt in VA - 7/11/2006 1:48:08 PM)
That's the first map I've ever wanted to kiss. Right there in the middle.
Isn't it pretty? (Rebecca - 7/11/2006 2:35:52 PM)
Blue is such a pretty color, don't you think? Soon Tom Davis will be singing the blues.
Are there other maps... (thegools - 7/11/2006 3:52:09 PM)
...like these for the other parts of the state and country? I would love to see the entire Virginia and the entire US done in this way. That would be really cool. One would really see where the party hotspots are-both locally and regionally.
I will ask the person who put them together (Lowell - 7/11/2006 4:10:42 PM)
for more. I agree, they're great!
I could not find the precinct maps of the election ... (thegools - 7/12/2006 1:34:29 AM)
...in fact a lot of maps were mentioned without any indication on how to see it.
