Allen vs. Webb on Net Neutrality

As I'm sure a lot of you know, George Allen voted against net neutrality yesterday in the Commerce Committee. I was (un)lucky enough to witness this firsthand. Because Net Neutrality was a major sticking point to the massive telecom bill to which it was attached, it was held until the end of the session. On the third and final day of the session, as Ted Stevens called a lunch break before starting in on Net Neutrality, I walked up to George Allen and had the following conversation.
Me: Hi, I'm -----. I'm a constituent of yours.
Allen: Nice to meet you, where are you from?
Me: The 11th District.
Allen: I'm sorry, where is that?
Me: ------. (Name of town)
Allen: Oh, -----. Great-
Me: I just wanted to tell you that I'm very concerned about Net Neutrality.
Allen: Are you for it or against it?
Me: I'm for it. The Snowe/Dorgan amendment, specifically.
Allen: Oh, well, I'm one of the ones who hasn't made a decision on that yet, so...
(He smiles and starts to turn away)
Me: I just wanted to tell you, Senator, that the Internet community, you know, the blogs and all that, they got Webb to run, they supported Webb all the way through, and if you vote against this, I'm pretty sure they'll support him even more against you.
Allen: Well, that's just how it goes.
Me: I just wanted to let you know. Thank you, Senator.

I remember hearing that Jim Webb supported Net Neutrality, but I can't find any sources, after an hour of google searches. Does Webb support Net Neutrality?

it's an honest question.. i'm new here so maybe (just maybe) things don't happen as quickly here as they do at Kos. (i'd like that.)

I don't have the answer to your question, but I appreciate you asking it.
