I just visited Felix's web page for an update on the Flag Burning Amendment Poll. It has been removed and no new poll is up.
Frigging Republicans...they don't count the votes in anything!
When last visited, the vote was 76%-24% against the amendment. I also sent out the information to the political reporters at the Daily Press. This morning, they connot confirm the story I sent them last night.

It was Felix's "Question of the Week". Most of us realize that the normal week is Thursday to Thursday.
What do you mean, they can't confirm the story? (Lowell - 6/29/2006 9:24:50 AM)
What I mean (Newport News Dem - 6/29/2006 11:16:20 AM)
is if the reporters go to the site this morning, the "Question of the Week" is removed making my tip not as obvious as I hoped.
Here is a follow up email I sent this morning to the same political reporters.
Gentlemen:
I guess the Senator did not like the results of his very own poll, the Allen team removed the flag amendment "Question of the Week" from their web site. As the sun rose this morning, it was 76-24 against the senator's position.
Wonder what their reply to a press inquiry might be!

I voted once. (Lowell - 6/29/2006 9:42:47 AM)
Once (Newport News Dem - 6/29/2006 11:18:15 AM)
I am not skilled enough in web page security to get around voting more than once.
When you visit the site a second time, the results are present and the ability to vote is not an option.

74% NO (kevinceckowski - 6/29/2006 9:44:15 AM)
Before it went down, it climbed to 74%NO; I got to vote.
My bit for Webb for today.
GO JIM GO!
KC.
actually last time I looked over 75% (teacherken - 6/29/2006 2:39:13 PM)
better than 3-1 against Allen's position. gee, that must have been embarrassing.
Tell the Daily Press to call Allen's People (Bubby - 6/29/2006 10:09:21 AM)
Ask what their own poll showed. If they want confirmation they can call me.
Interesting, I saw that poll yesterday and contemplated making an issue of it - but with all the Troll activity I thought it would be a diversion from the larger goal of getting Confederate veteran impersonators off of RK.
