Republicans use "Bait and Switch" to scam the American people

They baited us with "War on Terror" to wage "War for Oil."

They baited us with "WMD" to get us into Iraq but now "Can't Cut and Run" to keep us there.

They baited us with "Mission Accomplished" in 2003 but we are still there in 2006.

They baited us with "Uniter, Not A Divider" but gave us the most divided nation since the civil war.



They baited us with "Principled Leadership" but gave us the most corrupt, war profiteering administration in American history.

They baited us with "Fiscal Responsibility," but gave us the largest debt in human history.

They baited us with "Less Government," but gave us massive government that does not protect the people.

They baited us with "Tax Cuts" but gave us sky high gas prices.

They baited us with "No child left behind," but caused skyrocketing drop-out rates.

They baited us with "Democrats are Baby Killers" but Republicans have increased abortions by 25%.

They baited us with "Family Values" but cut family services, head start and financial aid for college.

They bait us with "Gay Marriage Amendment" before an election but drop it right after.

They bait us with "Terror Alerts" before an election but drop it right after.

They bait us with "I'm a moderate, non-partisan" but then support every right-wing conservative policy.

Republicans tell us how bad government is and run for office so they can prove it.

They are "Bait and Switch Republicans"

Don't get Fooled Again, Kick the Bums Out and Vote Democratic!!!

This is good stuff Todd. It's certainly unbelievable with what the GOP gets away with. It's largely impart do to their relationship with the media. Ironically they say it's all liberal, but they have enough conservative think tankers in the "mainstream" media to slight things their way--So they get the best of both worlds--they knock it and use it. They have very good media connections and savy. Something the Dems need to improve on.

Agreed. They push for fair and balanced to get thier distorted version to combat the objective truth.  So we end up with the objective truth and then the wackjob, right-wing agenda to push public opinion to the right.

They waste time "protecting" the flag since they claim that almost 143 have been burned (probably all overseas) in the last six years, yet they do nothing for the 43 million Americans without health coverage.  What a country!
