Hey!  Good morning!  Did I miss much while I was in Ohio?  Any blogger drama?  Fill me in, please!  ;)

What a great day yesterday at the Democratic Unity Rally, followed by pretty much EVERY blogger/diarist/lurker going over to the same bar for beer and lunch.  Very cool.

I finally met Kathy Gerber, and I spent a lot of time chatting with Mark.  It was good to meet new people, and it was great to see old phriends.

I see there are lots of new names here; welcome!  If you are here to troll, well prepare yourself!  We won an election, albeit a small primary election that we are not gloating about because unity is more important, but STILL...trolls, in the words of President Dumbass Bush, we now have a MANDATE.

So bring it.  :)

I am getting ready to post my photo diary of yesterday's festivities. I have been editing photos and uploading them. Other than that, more work in the garden and yard. I need to get photos of that and post them one of these days.

We met briefly at the shad planking. Does that seem like a year ago or what? 

It would have been nice to spend more time with you all.  I'm sure we'll get together before then, but we're maybe an hour away from Buena Vista, site of the Labor Day parade.  Maybe we should plan a nice tea party or something :)
