This photo may just sum it up for Harris Miller in this campaign. He worked hard and spent a lot of his own money, but he didn't quite connect with the voters.
By the way, the pic was taken by Dave Murphy yesterday evening at Pentagon City Metro stop, where Webb volunteers outnumbered Miller and his paid staffers handing out flyers. That also sort of sums up the campaign, come to think of it...
