Greetings RaisingKaine readers! We are in the process of ramping up for our grassroots efforts and need more people who are willing to help "Raise Kaine" this summer and fall. For instance...*We need increased grassroots presence at every significant parade and festival; this past weekend in Falls Church, there was too much orange and not enough blue. We need to change that.
*We need people to help creatively counter the right-wing's propaganda machine in every way.
*We always need good writers, especially people from different parts of the state, from different ethnic groups, and from all different walks of life.
*We need people who want to keep Virginia moving forward in a progressive direction, not make a sharp right turn under Jerry Kilgore.
*We need people interested in building a grassroots movement as a force in and of itself. We believe our fate is up to "we, the people" -- not the professional politicians and pundits.
