...that Miller and the ITAA opposed Sen. Kerry's rather inoffensive bill which would have required offshore foreign "support" staff to identify themselves to Americans as non-citizens and their locations...

Harris Miller also fought anti-outsourcing/union activists in a number of states where we attempted to pass state legislation to limit offshore outsourcing and use of H-1b workers on state program contracts. I still have reams of old email from fellow activists on the subject.
