Presumptive Democratic Party gubernatorial nominee Tim Kaine will endorse Democrat Rex McCarty in his race against First District Republican Del. Terry Kilgore this morning.Kaine, who is running against Kilgore's twin brother, Jerry, for governor, will offer the endorsement at 10 a.m. at the Lee County Courthouse in Jonesville.
