Harris Miller did not grow up in Appalachia, but was the first in his immediate family to earn a college degree.  After graduate school, Harris served as a Congressional aide, where he learned how to get rich at the expense of others, and how to erode the American middle class. 

Successful Lobbyist.
In 1984, Harris lost a Congressional primary race.  He became a lobbyist for agribusiness and undermined Cesar Chavez+óGé¼Gäó United Farm Workers.  He then became a rich hi-tech lobbyist, and helped abuse foreign labor, export middle class jobs, and erode Virginia+óGé¼Gäós middle class.  Virginia+óGé¼Gäós economy gained more than 60,000 new jobs, mostly in manufacturing: burger flippers and pizza makers.

A fake Democrat, who for sixteen years from 1990 until 2006 was not seen by many Fairfax Democrats, he contributed thousands of dollars to Republicans.  Harris was appointed by several governors to positions on commissions.  Harris also served as Chair of the Fairfax County Democratic Committee and left a $30,000 debt when he stepped down.  As a lobbyist, Harris was busy promoting the export of Virginia+óGé¼Gäós jobs and exploitation of foreign workers, and courting big corporations like Diebold, and Republicans like Dennis Hastert.  He is rich, and therefore can afford to live in McLean, VA.  His wife is very nice.
