Conaway Haskins reports at his blog, "South of the James," "One thing that should appeal to some elements of the Democratic base - word is that Leslie Byrne is planning to support Webb."
I can't confirm this, but if it's true, it would certainly put to rest many of the concerns about Webb being a "real Democrat." It would also represent a blow to Harris Miller on his own home turf - Fairfax County. Ouch.
