I'd be choking and coughing too if I were saying those ridiculous words that Cheney says here. For that matter, I'd be choking and coughing if I were Dick Cheney (god forbid) and I had an ounce of self-awareness about the horrible job I'd done over the past 8 years. It's not for nothing, Dick, that your approval rating is somewhere in the 18% range. I'm sure your...cough cough, choke choke...endorsement of John McCain will do him a lot of good. In Wyoming, that is. On second, thought, your support probably won't even help McBush in Wyoming. Anyway, I hope you at least raised some money to help pay off his debts after Tuesday! :)
P.S. I'm trying to think of anyone LESS popular in this country - and deservedly so - than Dick Cheney, but I'm having a hard time doing so. Can anyone help me out here?

He coughed. So what?
We obviously have different (Lowell - 11/1/2008 4:20:48 PM)
So George Bush may be in an undisclosed location, but Dick Cheney's out there on the campaign trail because he'd be delighted to pass the baton to John McCain. He knows that with John McCain you get a twofer: George Bush's economic policy and Dick Cheney's foreign policy -- but that's a risk we cannot afford to take.
Less popular? (Will Write For Food - 11/1/2008 4:44:41 PM)
I'd say Cheney worships Satan, but I think in reality Satan worships him!
My guess is that either they worship each other (Lowell - 11/1/2008 5:41:26 PM)
or that they're one and the same. Ha.
Hmm, less popular... (ToKnow - 11/1/2008 7:08:35 PM)
It really is a toss-up between Cheney and OJ, with Bush stumbling along right behind. After them I would have to say Virgil Goode, then maybe Darth Vader.
According to Lynne Cheney, Dick Cheney and Barack Obama are actually related, being 8th cousins. Maybe the Cheneys will invite Obama and his family over for Thanksgiving Dinner.
Obama on the Cheney endorsement of McCain (Lowell - 11/2/2008 6:32:10 AM)
"I'd like to congratulate Senator McCain on this endorsement because he really earned it. He served as Washington's biggest cheerleader for going to war in Iraq and supports economic policies that are no different from the last eight years."
