McCain Supporters Plan to Disrupt Obama Richmond Event

According to SWAC Girl, the extremist Augusta County Republican blogger, McCain supporters are being encouraged to attend the Obama rally tomorrow in Richmond to show us, apparently, that "Virginia is McCain-Palin Country." I guess Lynn Mitchell, AKA "SWAC Girl," hasn't been paying attention to the polls. Good for her. Let her keep her illusions for another couple of weeks.

But I hope these fine citizens of the commonwealth aren't planning to cause trouble. Because there have been enough threats against the safety of Senator Obama and his supporters at the McCain-Palin Tour d'Hate 2008 rallies throughout the country, and I assume that there will be plenty of security keeping watch.

I hope to be able to get to the rally tomorrow.  Hopefully there will be so many of us Obama supporters there that we will easily drown out any of these clowns that show up.
