The Economy Continues to be STRONG!

Hey, John McCain and Phil Gramm said the fundamentals of our economy are strong and we're just a nation of whiners if we say otherwise, so it MUST be true!  Ha.

Oh, yeah, the Dow was down 500 points today - maybe McCain will have some words of wisdom for us all tonight? :)

. . . while the fundamentals of the economy are still strong.  Think how much better off our Social Security retirees would have been today had John McCain and other Republicans won on their votes to privatize Social Security.  With the stock market going gang busters these days, our senior citizens would be living in fat city if they weren't tied to the guarantees of the bad old federal government.
