Joe Biden to Headline Henrico County Community GatheringRICHMOND, Va. - Democratic Vice Presidential Nominee U.S. Sen. Joe Biden will headline a community gathering Sunday at J.R. Tucker High School in Henrico County to talk to Virginians about how an Obama-Biden administration would turn around the economy and help families struggling in the economic downturn.
An Obama-Biden White House will fight to create jobs by investing $150 billion over 10 years in clean energy technology, cut taxes for middle class families - by three times the amount proposed by John McCain, according to a nonpartisan analysis - and lower health care costs by up to $2,500 for the typical family, while John McCain's health insurance proposals would create a new tax on Virginians' health care benefits.
