Join Virginia for Obama staff, volunteers and supporters for an exciting rally with special guest speakers, a massive voter registration drive, and a nearby neighborhood canvass kickoff. Volunteers will be trained on the spot and provided with the tools needed to continue to walk and talk for Barack!
This family-friendly event will focus on getting the conversation back on track to the issues that matter to Virginia families: the economy, health care, education, lower taxes for the middle class, energy independence, ending the war in Iraq.
There will be a "Kids Corner for Change" with activities for children. There will also be Obama/Biden merchandise available for purchase. Rally signs will be provided as well, or feel free to bring your own home-made sign. The media will be covering this event, so get creative!
Bring the entire family, your friends, coworkers, and especially undecided voters. If we all bring 8 people we know, we can make real change happen in '08!
