John McCain has said that change is coming...Now think about this. This is coming from the party that's been in charge for 8 years...John McCain brags 90% of the time I have voted with George Bush. He and I, we're right there. And suddenly, he's the change agent. Huh. He says, 'I'm going to tell those lobbyists that their days of running Washington are over.'  Who's he going to tell, is he going to tell his campaign chairman, who's one of the biggest corporate lobbyists in Washington? Is he going to tell his campaign manager, who was one of the biggest corporate lobbyists in Washington? Is he going to tell all the folks who are running his campaign, who are the biggest corporate lobbyists in Washington? Who is he going to tell that change is coming?  Ha ha. I mean, c'mon, they must think you're stupid.

...Maybe what they're saying is "watch out George Bush; except for economic policies and tax policies and energy policies and health care policies and education policies and Karl Rove style of politics, except for all that, we're really going to be bring change to Washington. We're going to shake things up!"  What are these guys talking about? Do they think we haven't been paying attention over the last 8 years? Don't be fooled. These are the folks who have been in charge - John McCain's party, with the help of John McCain, have been in charge.

"We have a choice to make and the choice is clear."

Glad Obama is shifting the focus away from Palin's celebrity and back to the McCain campaign's complete lack of ideas and desire for four more years of Bush' failed policies!

OF COURSE THEY'RE STUPID! THEY'RE REPUBLICANS! (Peninsula Pete - 9/7/2008 7:59:57 AM)
Honestly, Republicans will believe anything!  Look at Palin.  Claims to be against "earmarks" but took 28-million for her little town of 9,000, then 280-million for the state of Alaska.  Oh, but "she's against earmarks"!!!!

Now McCain is against big government and higher taxes!!

yet he voted for bigger government and higher taxes, every chance he had!

That "Grizzly Bear" study that McCain likes to use as an example of wasteful government?  MCCAIN VOTED FOR IT!

OF COURSE THEY'LL BELIEVE ANYTHING, THEY THINK EVERYONE IS AS STUPID AS THEY ARE!
