I was surfing around the web today and happened to notice that TimKaine.com is redirecting to Republican Bill Bolling's official Lt. Governor website. After doing a quick "investigation" I found that the website is registered to a "Matt Chancey" who's address on file with Go Daddy is listed as a P.O. Box in Chelsea, Alabama. Not understanding why someone in Alabama would register such a domain and, even stranger, have it redirect to Bill Bolling's website, I did a little more searching and discovered that Matt Chancey is a Republican politician in Alabama and is currently running for Public Service Commission President. So my next question is, why is a Republican politician in Alabama registering URLs with the name of Virginia Democrats in them and then having them redirect to Republican websites?? Has anyone ever heard of this guy and is there any connection between him and Bolling?
Well, is appears that Matt Chancey is a whack job. As stated above, Chancey is running as a Republican for Public Service Commission President in Alabama.

Now get a load of this - Matt Chancey opposes women's suffrage on religious grounds!

I am absolutely astounded.
But what is interesting is why Chancey has this domain and why is it set up to lead to Lt. Gov., Bolling's website?
What is the relationship between Bolling and Chancey?
Is this an attempt to scare people into thinking Bolling is a whack job and unfit for office so Obama won't pick Kaine?
