"Democrats in VA-10 Outperform McCain Field Effort Nationwide in July"

This is both a positive commentary on the energized Democrats in Virginia's 10th CD, and also a pathetic commentary on the state of John McCain's campaign nationwide.  In short:

During the month of July, the Feder campaign in conjunction with the Democratic Party of Virginia's coordinated campaign combined for a total of 98,519 door-knocks and phone calls in the 10th congressional district.

This compares to "a combined 20,000 phone calls and door-knocks" in July for the campaign campaign nationally.

Looks like something's going really right for Judy Feder and Virginia Democrats, while something's going really wrong for the other guys. :)
