House of Delegates candidate John Montgomery (D-97) is off to a great start, according to the Virginia Public Access Project (VPAP) he has out raised Chris Peace (R-97) by a factor of FOUR TO ONE (Montgomery $112,000 and Peace $29,000). Based on this, I believe that Mr. Montgomery has an excellent chance of winning this race, but we'll have to wait until Tuesday to find out.
