The on-going confusion about Prince William County's amended immigration policy run counter to the long-term interests of this community, which greatly rely on a correction of the unfair perception noted in yesterday's Washington Post editorial:
"Across the nation, Prince William has become synonymous with an ugly strain of nativist intolerance that has deep roots in American history but which is a slander on the county's generally well-educated and diverse population." [emphasis added]

The videos embedded here are excerpts from an upcoming 9500Liberty special presentation at Trinity Episcopal Church (Friday, 7:30 PM, 9325 West Street, Manassas).  Annabel Park and I have conducted hours of interviews with county officials to investigate the truth about the changes made to the controversial immigration policy on April 29th.  We are sharing them to help provide much needed clarity after a period of confused and conflicting news reports, including the Washington Post headline of June 4th, saying PWC has "broadened citizenship checks," compounded by an unfortunate photo caption that attributed Chairman Corey Stewart's words to Police Chief Charlie Deane.
