80% of America thinks that this country is going in the wrong direction, yet at least 45% think McCain is different enough from Bush that they'd consider voting for him.
McCain will continue to lose ground against Obama throughout this campaign, because McCain is increasingly running for Bush's 3rd term... (see my new sig)

Photo #6 (the one where Bush and McCain are dressed almost identically, smiling together, embracing, and even holding the same microphone at the same time, basically holding hands) is my favorite. You can't get much more visually connected than that.
McCain = Bush Third Term. Please spread the word far and wide.

Make no mistake, they don't like each other. Politics is politics so they know when to appear as though everything is ok. But memories of 2000 still loom large in both camps. Especially what happened in South Carolina for McCain folks.
