Virginia Beach, VA - Former Congressman Owen Pickett today endorsed Glenn Nye for Congress in Virginia's Second Congressional District. Congressman Pickett represented the Second District in the United States House of Representatives from 1987-2001, serving on the House Armed Services Committee.
