Will Gilmore Put His Money Where His Mouth Is?

While we all know that Mark Warner's got the midas touch, it appears that former Governor Jim Gilmore has his own millions to spare (emphasis mine):
Gilmore, in papers filed last June by the presidential exploratory campaign he eventually abandoned, listed assets of up to about $13.8 million.
With Gilmore's polls in the dirt, and fundraising anemic, how much of his little nest egg is he going to put up in this year's US Senate Race?
Senate Guru asks:
At the very least, if I was a Virginia Republican asked to contribute to Gilmore, I'd certainly want to see him put his own money where his mouth is before I made an investment in his campaign.
Will Gilmore put up or shut up? Virginia Republicans want to know.

Man, the look in those eyes. It looks like Gilmore just killed his pet possum.
